You know those moments when you’re desperately searching your pantry for something sweet, but you don’t want to wreck your keto goals? Girl, I’ve got you covered! These little bites of heaven are not only going to satisfy your sweet tooth but will keep you in ketosis. Win-win!
Before we dive in, if you’re loving these kinds of guilt-free treats, make sure to follow me on Newsbreak for daily recipe inspiration. Trust me, my DMs are flooded with requests for more keto-friendly goodies!
Here’s what you’ll need:
• 1 cup natural peanut butter (the drippy kind, honey!)
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or your fave keto sweetener)
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt
Now, let’s get our hands dirty!
1. First things first, grab your food processor (or a mixing bowl if you’re going old school). Throw in that peanut butter and softened cream cheese. Blend until it’s smoother than your favorite silk pajamas.
1. Add in your cocoa powder, sweetener, and coconut oil. Mix until everything’s well combined and looking absolutely irresistible.
1. Now here’s the secret sauce moment – add that vanilla extract and sea salt. Trust me, it makes ALL the difference!
1. Pop the mixture in the fridge for about 15 minutes until it’s firm enough to handle. This is perfect timing to catch up on your favorite reality show, just saying! 😉
1. Using your hands (or a small cookie scoop if you’re fancy), roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. I usually get about 20 bombs from this recipe.
1. Place these babies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.

These fat bombs are perfect for meal prep – they’ll last in your fridge for up to 2 weeks (if you can resist them that long!). Each bomb has only 2g net carbs and is packed with healthy fats to keep you satisfied.
Pro tip: Sometimes I roll them in extra cocoa powder or crushed nuts for added texture. Because why not be extra?
