_Sips coffee while typing_
Oh. My. Goodness. Ladies and gents, let me tell you about this absolutely divine afternoon snack that’s been living in my head rent-free! As a busy mom who’s always on the go, I’ve perfected this little gem that’s seriously giving those fancy café treats a run for their money.
Let’s talk about my Crispy Honey-Drizzled Air Fryer French Toast Sticks! Trust me, these bad boys are so good, my kids actually stop fighting over the TV remote when I make them (and that’s saying something! 😉).
What you’ll need:
– 6 thick slices of brioche bread
– 2 large eggs
– 1/2 cup whole milk
– 2 tablespoons vanilla extract (don’t be shy with it!)
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– A pinch of nutmeg
– Honey for drizzling
– Butter spray for the air fryer
– Your favorite berries for topping
Y’all, this is where the magic happens! _adjusts apron_
Instructions:
1. Cut each bread slice into 3 thick strips (like little soldiers standing at attention)
2. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a shallow dish
3. Dunk those bread strips in the mixture (give them a good soak, honey!)
4. Spray your air fryer basket with butter spray
5. Air fry at 370°F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through

The secret to making these extra special? A drizzle of warm honey and a handful of fresh berries right before serving. I mean, just look at that golden-brown perfection! _chef’s kiss_
Pro tip: Make extra because these disappear faster than my patience on a Monday morning! 😅
Don’t forget to season with a teensy pinch of salt – it brings out all those sweet flavors like magic. Trust your girl on this one!
