Picture this: crispy sourdough bread, perfectly golden-brown, stuffed with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, melted cheddar AND gruyere cheese (because why choose just one?), and – here’s the game-changer – a maple-sriracha sauce that’ll make your taste buds dance!

Here’s what you’ll need (I know you’re already running to your kitchen):
– 8 slices sourdough bread
– 6 large eggs
– 8 strips bacon
– 4 slices cheddar cheese
– 4 slices gruyere cheese
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon sriracha
– Salt and pepper to taste
