Oh. My. Goodness. Ladies (and gentlemen), let me tell you about this absolutely divine midnight snack that’s been my guilty pleasure lately. You know those nights when you’re binge-watching your favorite show and suddenly crave something decadent? Well, honey, I’ve got just the thing – my Nutella-Stuffed Air-Fried Cookie Dough Balls. _chef’s kiss_
Listen, we’re all adults here, and sometimes we deserve a treat that makes us feel like we’re getting away with something naughty. This recipe is seriously to die for, and the best part? It takes less than 15 minutes to make!
What you’ll need (don’t judge me):
– 1 tube of premade cookie dough (because who has time to make it from scratch at midnight?)
– 4 tablespoons Nutella
– A sprinkle of sea salt
– Your air fryer (our midnight snacking BFF)
– Optional: vanilla ice cream (but let’s be real, is it really optional? 😉)
Now, here’s what you’re gonna do:
1. Cut your cookie dough into 8 equal portions (I won’t tell if you sneak a bite!)
2. Flatten each portion into a small disc
3. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella in the center
4. Wrap the dough around the Nutella, sealing it completely
5. Pop these babies in your air fryer at 330°F for 6-8 minutes
Quick tip: Don’t overcrowd your air fryer – these little devils need their space to get perfectly golden!

Once they’re done, sprinkle some sea salt on top while they’re still warm. That sweet and salty combo? _fans self dramatically_ Absolutely heavenly!
The moment you bite into one of these bad boys, the warm Nutella just oozes out, and let me tell you – it’s a religious experience. Pair it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and you’ve got yourself a 5-star dessert that would make Gordon Ramsay weep tears of joy.
Pro tip: If you’re feeling extra fancy (or extra hungry), drizzle some caramel sauce on top. I won’t tell anyone if you don’t!
Before I forget – these store well in an airtight container for up to 2 days… but let’s be honest, they’ve never lasted that long in my house! 🤷♀️
