Indulgent breakfast sliders: Hawaiian rolls stuffed with eggs, maple bacon & cheddar, finished with maple drizzle & everything seasoning 🍳

Girl, let me tell you about these absolutely divine breakfast munchies that’ll have you jumping out of bed faster than when you hear your favorite song come on! These Maple Bacon Breakfast Sliders are literally what breakfast dreams are made of, and I’m spilling all the tea on how to make them.

Listen, we all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but who says it can’t be fun? These mini sandwiches combine sweet, savory, and everything nice – perfect for those mornings when you’re feeling extra!

Here’s what you’ll need (trust me, it’s worth the grocery trip):
• 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
• 8 eggs, scrambled
• 12 slices of bacon (make extra because we all know some will disappear while cooking 😉)
• 6 slices of cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• Everything bagel seasoning

Y’all, the magic happens like this:

1. First things first, cook that bacon until it’s crispy perfection. Don’t even try to resist snacking on a piece – I know I can’t!

1. While the bacon’s doing its thing, scramble those eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Keep them slightly undercooked because they’ll continue cooking in the oven.

1. Now here’s where it gets good – slice those Hawaiian rolls horizontally (keep them connected!). Place the bottom half in a baking dish.

1. Layer on your scrambled eggs, bacon (broken into pieces), and cheese slices. Pop the top layer of rolls back on.

1. Mix that melted butter with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and brush it all over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top because, honey, we’re fancy like that!

1. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.

1. Before serving, drizzle the remaining maple syrup over the top. Because more is more, am I right?

These sliders are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or let’s be real – midnight snacking (no judgment here!). They’re also great for feeding a crowd, or just yourself over several days (self-care includes breakfast sliders, I don’t make the rules 💁‍♀️).

The best part? You can customize these babies however you want! Add some avocado, switch up the cheese, or throw in some spinach if you’re feeling healthy-ish.
