Instructions:
1. Preheat that oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan like it’s nobody’s business!
1. In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients: flour, both sugars, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Show those ingredients who’s boss!
1. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth as silk.
1. Slowly combine wet and dry ingredients. Don’t overmix, honey – we’re not making cement here! 😉
1. Fold in those beautiful diced apples. They’re the star of the show!
1. Pour the batter into your prepared pan, and sprinkle that cinnamon-sugar topping like you’re making it rain!
1. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Your kitchen will smell like heaven on earth!
Let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing (I know it’s hard to wait, but trust your girl on this one!).
This bread is perfect with your afternoon tea or coffee, and it’s even better the next day – if it lasts that long! It’s moist, packed with apple goodness, and has just the right amount of cinnamon to make your heart sing.
