Ladies (and gents), let me tell you about my absolute favorite afternoon pick-me-up that’s been keeping me sane during those long work hours. Trust me, this isn’t your basic banana and granola situation – we’re about to level up your snack game!

Meet my Triple Chocolate Energy Bites (because one type of chocolate is never enough, am I right?). These little balls of heaven are not only Instagram-worthy but also packed with the good stuff to keep you going when that 3 PM slump hits.

Here’s what you’ll need:
– 1 cup old-fashioned oats
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips (told ya, triple chocolate!)
– 1/3 cup honey
– 1/2 cup almond butter
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of sea salt

Now, before we dive in – if you’re loving this recipe already, make sure to follow me on Newsbreak for daily recipes that’ll make your taste buds dance! 💃

Let’s get our hands dirty (in the best way possible):

1. In a large bowl, mix your oats, chia seeds, and that pinch of salt.
2. Melt half of your dark chocolate chips in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring in between – nobody likes burned chocolate, honey!)
3. Mix in your almond butter, honey, and vanilla with the melted chocolate
4. Fold this gorgeous mixture into your oat mixture
5. Add remaining chocolate chips (all three kinds, because we’re fancy like that)
6. Pop it in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up
7. Roll into bite-sized balls
8. Try not to eat them all at once (good luck with that!)

Store these babies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week – if they last that long! They’re perfect for those moments when you need something sweet but don’t want to feel guilty about it.

Y’all, I can’t even tell you how many coworkers have practically begged for this recipe after seeing me munching on these during meetings. They’re that good!

If you’ve made it this far and are drooling (I know I am), don’t forget to follow me on Newsbreak for more mouthwatering recipes like this one. Drop a comment below and let me know if you tried these – I’d love to hear how they turned out! Did you add your own twist? Spill the tea, sis!

XOXO,

P.S. These pair perfectly with your afternoon coffee or tea. Just saying! 😉
